• We shall be fully responsible for the quality and quantity of the Project doing by us and would ensure Certification of work Guarantee/PFA/Warranty.

• We will comply with the project PFA Rules/ISI Specification and such other laws, applicable rules & regulations.

• We certify that the prices quoted by us are the lowest and reasonable allowed/given and the terms and conditions offered to you, are the best in the trade. We undertake not to make any upward revision of the prices without the specific approval BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. In case of reduction in the prices and introduction of any incentive scheme, we undertake to inform the same to the BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED first.

• We will attend to the client complaint, if any, promptly as and when required.

• We certify that we have never been black-listed by any Govt. agency.

• It is certified that none of our proprietors, Directors and their relatives are connected with the Management of the BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

• We agree to deposit interest-free refundable security amount of Rs. 51000 to Rs.10,00,000/- GST Extra by banker’s cheque/D.D/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS in the Name of M/s BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED along with retainership fee issued in Favor of BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Payable New Delhi.

• We agree to the lock-in period of refund of security money for three years.

• We agree to pay Rs. 51,000/- Rs.10,00,000/- Monthly, GST extra (Adjustable In-Service Charges) for the inclusion of the addition of the item.

• We agree to pay Service Charges of 1% minimum for the project award Value of every project and Also project to project as per BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and our company mutually decide the service Charges.

• We agree to pay Rs.10,000/- (non-refundable) at the time of renewal of the registration.

• We agree to Authorize BHADO INOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED on behalf of My company to meet with clients and arrange and manage the work From the Prime Contractor on behalf of our company.
